Thank you for shopping at Oceanimals! We offer refunds within the first 14 days of your purchase, if 14 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund of any kind. To be eligible for a refund, the customer is responsible for shipping costs and must provide pictures of the defect.

Refunds are only eligible for defective items. To initiate a refund, please send us an email with your order number, the item(s) purchased, and pictures of the defect(s).

 

Refunds will be processed 2-5 days after receiving a refund request if the request is approved.

 

Refunds are at the discretion of Oceanimals and are determined on an individual basis. We DO NOT accept returns unless we are repairing a defect.
